Insurance

We participate in the following insurance plans. Patients with other insurance plans are welcome [See below for payment policies].

If you are unsure about your own insurance plan please call us to verify. Our staff are well trained to answer your questions about our participating insurance plans.

But, please be aware that insurance coverage may change periodically and it is prudent to check with your insurance provider also about your coverage options.

We do not participate in any Medicaid Programs.

Payment Policies

1. Participating Insurance Plans: Appropriate co-payments are expected at the time of visit.

2. Non-Participating Plans: Full payment is due at the time of service for yearly physical exams, other office visits and office-based tests. For all other services 20% of the total fee is expected at the time of visit.

3. Medicare: Medicare benefits cover routine checkups including a pelvic exam and Pap smear every 24 months only. Routine checkups at more frequent intervals are not covered and will be the patient's responsibility. Problem oriented visits at any time are, however, covered. Please see the Medicare website for further information.

4. Payment Options: We accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa.
