In order to avoid long waits in the office, we see patients by appointment only. Same day service is available for urgent problems. Call us and you will be seen today.

To schedule a regular appointment please call our office between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you have forms to fill out, an earlier arrival is advised.

We make every effort to see our patients at the scheduled time. However, delays are sometimes unavoidable due to a variety of reasons - medical emergencies, unanticipated problems with other patients, etc. If you are one with such needs you can rest assured that you will receive all the time and care you need.

If you are unable to keep your regularly scheduled appointment please call us at the earliest (at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit). We will do our best to reschedule your appointment at the next available time-slot convenient to you.

We are always available to you.
A doctor is available for you 24 hours-per-day, 7 days a week.

Please make non-emergency calls during regular office hours.

Routine, call-in prescriptions (such as renewal of birth control pills) are done only during office hours for obvious reasons. Your medical records are not available to our doctors during off hours and we wish to avoid prescription errors.

When you call, our staff will take a message and a doctor or the PA will return your call at the earliest possible time. Sometimes this may be after office hours. Please leave all your contact phone numbers for the different times of the day

Emergency Care.
We provide 24-hour on-call service in the event of an emergency. After hours, please call our main office at (845) 896 9864.

During office hours your call will be answered by our office staff. After hours an answering service will convey your message to one of our doctors who will call you back. Sometimes the doctor may be busy with another medical emergency and may not be able to return your call immediately. In this event, and if you cannot wait please proceed to the emergency room at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Our doctor will meet you there.
