Ann P. Bollmann, PA

Ann Bollmann joined Fishkill Obstetrics and Gynecology PC in January 2007. She has practiced as a Registered Nurse Practitioner from 1987 and as a Registered Physician Assistant in Dutchess County since 1981.

Ann Bollmann earned her A.A.S degree in nursing from the Dutchess Community College in 1972, a bachelors degree in nursing from Pace University (1978) and a Masters degree in nursing from Pace University in 1984. She graduated from the PCNP Program at the Albany Medical College in 1981.

Ann has also received certifications from National Committee for certification of Physician Assistants (1981), as FNP from the American Nursing Association (1981), as HIV Counselor from New York State Department of Health (1990), and as BLS/AED Instructor from the American Heart Association (1976), among many others.

In her long and distinguished career as a healthcare provider in Dutchess County, New York, she has worked in multiple specialty environments, including Reproductive Endocrinology, Emergency Medicine, Infection Control and also as teacher/instructor at many institutions. Ann has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Dutchess Community College since 1978.

Ann Bollmann's professional affiliations include American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants, Dutchess Community College Advisory Committee and the American Nursing Association.

Ann was a contributing author to a book "Primary Care Pediatrics" (Lippincott; 2002) and co-authored an article in the International Journal of Fertility (1993).

Ann also participates in numerous community activities as a volunteer. She is the commissioner of the Arlington Fire Department (also a EMT volunteer), a Volunteer for the 'Safe Program', is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society and the Board of Ethics of the Town of Poughkeepsie, and is a Captain of the New York State Guard. She also works with the FEMA, and has recently worked with the hurricane Katrina Victims in New Orleans.

Ann lives in the City of Poughkeepsie.
